This tutorial will guide you through the process of uploading files to your Master Core Documents in Binder.
Begin by navigating to Binder and go to your data room. You will only see your data room.
Each user will have a section for Master Core Documents. Click on this section.
On the right side, you will see an option to Upload file. Click here to browse for the file you wish to upload.
Navigate back to the file you intend to upload, which in this case is a notarization document. Right-click on this file and select rename.
Change the file name to the name you previously assigned. Highlight the section where it says private up until the period before the .PDF. Then, paste the new name into this section.
Press Enter to save the changes. Then, hit open followed by Upload file to initiate the upload process.
Once the upload is complete, click on done to finalize the process.
Return to Binder and go to your folder, where you will now see the uploaded document.
In your Master Core Documents, you will find two documents that you have uploaded to your folder.
Following these steps will allow you to successfully upload files to your Master Core Documents in Binder.
