For those who have all of the information, you only need to change the gtin and the titleholder name. Separate files have been created for your birth certificate, thumbprint, and blood card.
Ensure to change the gtin and the titleholder's name, which should match your name on your Social Security card.
Continue this process for all documents by updating the titleholder name and the gtin accordingly.
